Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Providing First Call Resolution to our Customers;

2. Handling Customer Calls regarding their Travel Booking;

3. Handling Customer Email/Chats;

4. Helping Customer in booking Ancillaries.

5. Ability to convert Irate Customers to Satisfied Customers.

Required Candidate profile:

1. Excellent Command over verbal & written Arabic and English Language;

2. Degree/Certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage;

3. Call Handling Etiquettes.

4. Excellent convincing skills.

5. Customer Handling skills.

6. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 Work Environment
