SEO Specialist

As an SEO Specialist at Affixious Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve the online visibility of our website(s) and digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Perform keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
3. Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, meta tag optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
4. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush) to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
5. Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
7. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills:

• 4-5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully executing SEO strategies and improving organic search performance.
