We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing customer relationship management strategies, driving customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and insights that drive marketing decisions.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
Tool Utilization:
Manage and optimize marketing automation tools including Netcorecloud, Clavertap, Webengage, and Moreengage.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all CRM systems.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to design and execute personalized email campaigns and in-app notifications.
Monitor customer journey touchpoints to ensure timely and relevant communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate and improve customer engagement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
Experiment with new techniques to increase conversion rates and customer loyalty.
