Job Description :

We are looking to add result oriented and motivated Operations Associate to our team to play role in managing tasks while also providing essential backend support to our sales operations. Primary Responsibilities:-

• Data Entry & Database Management: Input and update sales data in databases and CRM systems, ensuring client and prospect information is accurate.
• Sales Reporting & Support: Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports, providing regular updates to the sales team.
• Email & Communication Management: Handle internal communication and assist in coordinating information flow.
• Spreadsheet Maintenance: Update sales spreadsheets, track offer progress, and support the sales team with data organization.
• Clerical & Administrative Tasks: Assist with office duties, including document preparation and filing.
• Manage and update data within SAP, ensuring accurate coordination across systems and departments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook) and other basic office software.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or sales support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with backend sales processes and operations is an added advantage
• Experience with data entry software or tools
• Knowledge of basic reporting etc.
