Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Overall Responsibility of Accounts in Indian Aerosols Pvt. Ltd. Finalization of Profit & Lose A/C & Balance sheet along with all supporting details & documents required Accounts Receivable.

2. Monitoring & Reconciliation of Customer wise Aging as per Credit Period & data given to concern team for follow up of Payment Account Payable

3. Monitoring & Scrutiny of Vendors Aging for Payment along with Reconciliation of TDS Liabilities, GST Input effect TDS/TCS

4. Checking and submit of TDS/TCS Challan Voucher

5. Reconciliation of Inter Branch & Head office Account.

6. Coordinating, Supporting & Guide to all branch time to time & whenever required

7.Coordinate & Support to our CA Team on Internal on Monthly Basis & Statutory Audit on yearly basis Coordination with SAP team on Daily basis related issue to Ensure that all financial record are complete and accurate also ensuring accounts books are accurately reconciled.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification-Graduate(B.Com)/ MBA-Finance

Experience-4-6 years as Accounts Manager
