Maintenance Senior Manager

Job Title- Sr.Manager/DGM

Responsibilities

• Experience in CNC Machine Maintenance, Press shop & Special process system and Effluent treatment plant.
• TPM Execution experience in large scale industry
• Back ground in any reputed automotive /Aerospace/precision components Manufacturing Co.
• Working experience in Machine Tool Builder is an added advantage
• Capable to solve Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance problems
• Familiar with Breakdown/Preventive/Predictive maintenance
• Should be capable of Handling medium size of Maintenance team
• Hands on experience in Fanuc/Siemens & Heidenhain controllers
• Added advantage in Experience DMG 3, 4 & 5 Axis machines maintenance and Heidenhain controllers.
• Hands on Experience in Hydraulics & Pneumatics problem solving techniques
• Should be able to Read/Write Fanuc / Siemens PLC
• Capable to improve KPI like Increase the machine Up time, MTBF & Reduce the MTTR, reduce the breakdown frequency
• Implementation of Poke Yoke and continuous improvements / TPM for production Mahines
• Knowledge in Utility maintenance (Air compressors/UPS/Air condition Units) etc.
• Experience in New projects, Machine installation & commissioning etc.
• Maintenance spares monitoring and inventory control
