Aeonovatech - Senior Pega Developer - Implementation & Integration (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega components, primarily Job Workers and Process Models, adhering to Pega best practices.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and assist with testing in UAT and PROD.

- Develop and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Connectors, and Web Services.

- Build REST services using Spring Boot or .Net.

- Integrate Pega with front-end and streaming products.

- Write and optimize SQL queries and functions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user manuals.

- Deploy developed solutions via Bitbucket and GIT.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards.

- Provide technical support to UAT/PROD users by fixing CRs/Defects logged through JIRA.

- Implement and manage solutions within the Smart Dispute Platform (if applicable) and DB upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.

- 5+ years of relevant Pega development experience.

- Pega Certified (CSA, CSSA preferred).

- Expertise in Pega Job Workers and Process Models.

- Experience with REST APIs, Connectors, and Web Services.

- Experience building REST services using Spring Boot or .Net.

- Experience integrating Pega with front-end and streaming products.

- Strong SQL skills.

- Experience with Bitbucket and GIT for deployment.

- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and resolution.

- Knowledge of Smart Dispute Platform and DB upgrades.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Pega development and implementation.

- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
