Senior Lead System Architect - Pega Platform (10-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor Pega development teams in the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications.

- Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the Pega implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

- Translate complex business requirements into efficient and scalable Pega solutions, leveraging CLM-KYC frameworks and low-code development principles.

- Design and implement robust Pega solutions, including case management workflows, data modeling, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.

- Utilize Pega Constellation architecture and Digital Experience (DX) APIs to create seamless user experiences.

- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to Pega development methodologies.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Pega technology and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Pega implementations with a proven track record as a Pega LSA.

- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).

- In-depth knowledge of Pega platform technologies (PRPC, Rules Process Commander, frameworks).

- Strong understanding of Pega application development methodologies, architectural patterns, and SDLC principles.

- Experience with Pega CLM-KYC implementations and low-code development is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Digital Experience (DX) APIs is a plus.

- Experience with various Pega tools (Decisioning, Marketing, Robotics, Mobile) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
