SAP ABAP Developer - HR Module (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP programs for managing German payroll processes within SAP.

- Configure and maintain SAP HR master data and customizing settings for accurate payroll calculations.

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Web Dynpro for efficient HR data interaction.

- Create and customize Adobe Forms for generating payslips and other HR-related reports.

- Implement and manage ALE (Application Link Enabling) interfaces for data exchange between SAP and other systems.

- Analyze and troubleshoot ABAP code to ensure efficient and error-free payroll processing.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP, SAP HR, and German payroll regulations.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR modules.

- In-depth knowledge of German payroll concepts and legal requirements.

- Fluency in German language (written and spoken) is essential.

- Expertise in developing Web Dynpro applications for SAP.

- Experience with Adobe Forms for creating payslips and reports is a plus.

- Familiarity with ALE interfaces and data exchange processes is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
