Pega Decisioning Consultant (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Pega Customer Decisioning Hub and Pega Decisioning programs.

- This includes gathering requirements, defining scope, and managing project timelines.

- Own and lead the design and development work for Pega decisioning/Marketing projects.

- This involves creating decision strategies, building and testing decision logic rules, and configuring the Pega Decisioning Hub.

- Utilize your expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub to design and implement effective decisioning solutions.

- This includes leveraging your understanding of Java, SQL, XML, and real-time decisioning concepts.

- Interact directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Present solutions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants on Pega Decisioning projects.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure project success.

- Drive the delivery of assigned tasks on schedule and within budget.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

- Expand your knowledge of the capital markets and banking industry and related processes/tools.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Pega Decisioning.

- Ensure the quality of delivered solutions by conducting thorough testing and reviews.

- Adhere to best practices and coding standards.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Pega Decisioning methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience leading Pega Customer Decisioning Hub and Pega Decisioning programs.

- 6+ years of experience in a related field overall.

- Strong understanding of Pega Customer Decision Hub design and implementation.

- Basic understanding of Java, SQL, XML, and real-time decisions.

- Experience building and testing decision logic rules.

- Experience in the capital markets and banking industry is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
