Pega Technical Lead - BPM Applications (10-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Pega Architect with over 10 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega BPM and PRPC, coupled with hands-on expertise in designing workflows, case management, and Pega UI.

Additionally, proficiency in integrating web services, working with various databases, and utilizing visualization tools like Tableau is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.

- Architect case management workflows and Pega UI components to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Integrate Pega systems with external applications using SOAP/REST web services.

- Optimize database interactions using JDBC and manage data storage with MS SQL, Oracle SQL, and NoSQL databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to design principles and standards.

- Leverage programming languages like Swift and JavaScript for enhanced system capabilities.

- Utilize Tableau for creating insightful data visualizations and reports.

- Perform system performance tuning and ensure robust, scalable application architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Pega Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Pega BPM and Pega PRPC.

- Solid experience in case management and workflow design.

- Advanced knowledge of Pega UI design and customization.

Technical Proficiency :

- Integration experience with SOAP/REST and web services.

- Hands-on with JDBC, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, and NoSQL.

- Proficient in Swift and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.

Experience :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega technologies and related domains.

- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade Pega solutions.

Certifications :

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is preferred.
