Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Kronos Consultant with expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Kronos applications, including Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions.

This role requires deep knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, and compliance solutions to support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Kronos WFM solutions, including Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions.

- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing WFM processes.

- Design and customize Kronos applications, including timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management.

- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and company policies through Kronos configurations.

- Integrate Kronos with other enterprise systems such as HR, payroll, and ERP solutions.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure smooth adoption of WFM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to drive workforce optimization.

- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain performance and security.
