Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced UKG/Kronos WFM Consultant with a solid background in Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos Dimensions (Pro WFM), including implementation, support, and project management for retail and manufacturing clients. The role will involve working with global clients across the EU and APAC regions, handling both technical and functional aspects of WFM projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and provide ongoing support for UKG/Kronos WFM solutions, with a focus on Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules.

- Lead and manage WFM projects for retail and manufacturing clients.

- Assist in the migration or upgrade of UKG Workforce Central or ADP E-time to UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Provide expertise in WFM projects across global clients, particularly in EU and APAC regions.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution as needed.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-7 years of experience in implementing/supporting UKG/Kronos WFM products, specifically UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).

- Strong experience with Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules within the UKG/Kronos WFM suite.

- Hands-on experience in WFM projects for Retail and Manufacturing clients.

- Experience as a Developer/Support Analyst in WFM projects.

- Expertise in managing WFM projects for global clients operating in EU/APAC regions.

- Knowledge and experience in upgrading from UKG Workforce Central or ADP E-time to UKG Dimensions.
