Senior Officer - Accounts (Payable)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide other clerical support to pay the obligation of the organization.
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
• Ensure the accuracy of an organizations financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purpose.
• To keep the control & check point before releasing any payment.
• Protect business against unintentional overpayment.
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
• Ensure the monthly/ yearly provision & settlement of provision has been done within time limit & correctly
• Online payment verification/authorization in bank portal
• Stickily adherence with Accounts payable SOP
• To keep the control on employees & suppliers open advances on monthly basis.
• To find the gap of salary accounting Vs salary MIS on monthly basis.
• To execute the Asset Accounting in SAP - Create the Asset Code in SAP
• Identity the process improvement as & when required
• Co-ordinate with SCM team & internal stakeholders as & when for transactions.
• To prepare the vendor aging report circulate as & when require.
• To prepare Capex & NON Capex Advances report & Capital Commitment reports
• Provide clerical support for Statutory/GST/Tax audit for purchase sample audit for to pay the obligation of the organization.
• Vendor ledger reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable in SAP, preferably from Manufacturing industry
