Assistant Manager - CIT (SAP Support)

Location: Baner, Pune (Corporate Office)

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintenance of SAP Master Data (Customer/Vendor/Material/BOM/Routing)

• Create new (accurate) master data based on user department requirements (designated users)
• Changes in the master data based on user department requirements (designated users)

2. SAP Ticket Resolution:

• Assist SAP head for resolving SAP Tickets
• Address issues and concerns raised by users, and ensure efficient problem resolution
• Testing as needed for closing the ticket

3. Functional support on SAP LOGISTICS Modules.

• Provide functional support to end-users across all plants and resolution based on the ticket raised
• Train the users on SAP Modules according to Companys SOP.
• Support users in obtaining the necessary reports from SAP, ensuring that they can access and utilize data as required for their roles.

4. Process Improvement

• Suggest and identify improvements in existing SAP Processes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement these improvements.

5. SAP Development and Upgrades:

• Changes/new requirements in SAP (Development/ Upgrade)
• Gather all functional specifications from users and share with Head SAP for the development
• Test the new development prior handover to user
• Support the user with testing (UAT)

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 10 Years of experience in manufacturing industry (out of which min. 5 Yrs. In SAP Support)

SAP Module - SD, MM or FI expert
