Senior Manager/ AGM -Sales and Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. New Business Development

• Participate and share inputs in making customer strategy for short-term and long-term.
• Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability.
• Monitor competitor activities in pricing, capability & approach to identify business opportunities & threats.
• Formulate action plans for new product & market penetration
• Involve in RFQ generation, pricing and negotiations through active participation and supporting business development of existing and new products
• Conduct cost estimation, planning and finalization of new business.
• Support brand building

2. Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare annual sales budget - Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual sales budget, scheduling expenditures.
• Review monthly forecasts - customer-product wise demand
• Determine opportunities for cross-selling to customers

3. Customer Contract and Relationship Management

• Conduct detailed study of business contracts, determine risks for fulfilling customer's needs and goals and ensure that the contract includes terms that mitigate the risks from Adviks perspective
• Build & nurture strategic relationship with key stakeholders at customer end.
• 4 WH Customers ensuring positive customer experience

4. Team Management

• Guide the team for achieving the targets
• Review performance of team and ensure course correction where necessary
• Develop team capabilities for achieving the goals

5. Monitoring and Improvements

• Prepare necessary documents, reports & MIS for analysis, review and audits.
• Work with operations on VAVE projects.

Implement 5S, KAIZEN related to cost, quality, morale, safety and related processes
