Role & responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales goals.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand distribution.
3. Conduct market research and analyse sales data to inform sales decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure aligned messaging.
5. Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
7. Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching.
8. Develop and manage regional sales budgets.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Master degree in Business, Sales, or related field
2. 12-17 Years of experience in sales management, preferably in the ice cream or any FMCG industry(Food)
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with sales data analysis and CRM software.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
