We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The HR Professional will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the company s HR practices align with its strategic goals.
Required Knowledge
To create SOP of every department and check if it s getting implemented
Performance evaluation and Incentives
Payroll process.
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
Feedback from Clients.
Feedback of employees for each other.
Act as a first point of contact for employees with questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Manage the team issues related to leaves.
Education + Experience
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
