Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary objective will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through strategic digital initiatives.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
• Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including social media content, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing and multimedia assets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies in the travel field.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
