Job Summary: The Project Management Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and inspire participants at various levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, tailored to various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
• Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, clients, and stakeholders on project management techniques and tools.
• Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs to meet specific organizational or project requirements.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in project management to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Provide Coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring to project managers and teams to enhance their project management skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with HR, L&D, and project management offices to integrate training with organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
