Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager within the Global Technology Department will deliver specific and approved projects in the best interests of the customer, managing budget, scope, risks, issues, schedule, and resources to deliver desired project benefits. This role will report directly to the Project Management Lead under Transversal Services supporting North America Insurance Applications.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Manage moderate to complex projects within the framework and governance model in use at AXA XL (both Agile and Waterfall).

Comprehensive Project definition, including scope, cost, time, and quality estimates.

Build amazing project teams and establish excellent working relationships with project stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain up-to-date project plans and budget forecasts collaboratively with all key project team members.

An effective risk, issue and dependency management, proactively identifying and mitigating items to keep projects on track.

Manage project scope, including change controls.

Managing project progress and reporting project status to stakeholders and management.

Establish an effective partnership with the Portfolio Management Office.

You will report to the North America Project Management Team Lead.
