Sr.Software Developer
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Java development, with a deep understanding of modern software design principles, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems are robust, reliable, and perform at their best.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Java 8 and above.
• Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Design and implement real-time data processing systems with Kafka.
• Implement and maintain scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems using AWS services.
• Work with MongoDB and Redis for managing and optimizing NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to drive technical solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Java 8 and above Strong knowledge of Java programming language, including features introduced in Java 8+ (streams, lambdas, etc.).
• Spring Boot – Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Microservices Architecture – Experience designing and implementing microservices.
• Kafka – Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
• MongoDB – Hands-on experience with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, and associated frameworks.
• Redis – Knowledge of Redis for caching and distributed systems.
• AWS – Experience in working with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more.
• NoSQL Databases – Experience working with NoSQL databases and understanding their use cases.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a focus on large-scale, production-ready applications.
• Expertise in building microservices and deploying them in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
