We're looking for a Human-Centered Conversation Designer and UX Writer who knows

how to mold words to improve AI-driven digital experiences for the end users of the

software we design and develop for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive and natural dialogue flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and

other AI-driven communication platforms.

2. Develop conversational scripts that align with user needs and business goals,

ensuring clarity, brevity, and engagement.

3. Map out user journeys to identify key interaction points and optimize the

conversational experience.

4. Create and maintain user personas to guide conversational tone, style, and flow.

5. Write microcopy for UI elements, including buttons, error messages, tooltips,

and onboarding guides.

6. Develop a content strategy that supports the overall UX design, ensuring

consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints.

7. Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points,

and use these insights to inform content and conversation design.

8. Test conversational flows and UX copy with real users, gather feedback, and

iterate to improve the user experience.

9. Establish and maintain voice and tone guidelines to ensure a consistent brand

voice across all communications.

10.Ensure that all written content and conversational interfaces are accessible to

users with disabilities, following best practices and legal requirements.

Skills

1. Strong grip over the English language, both written and verbal forms.

2. Understanding of UX writing best practices.

3. Ability to understand and think of the core function of what a product does.

4. Should be able to write copy with various tones such as Serious, Whimsical,

casual, etc.

5. A/B testing for voice and tone.

6. Should be able to write copy that is clear, concise, and useful.

7. Be proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma FigJam, as

well as conversation design tools.

8. Use analytics tools to track the performance of conversational interfaces and

UX content and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.

You should have

1. 1 to 2 years of experience working as a copy-writer or a UX writer

2. A degree in Communication, English, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design,

Psychology, or a related field.

3. Proven experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or similar role.

4. Experience designing conversational interfaces for chatbots, voice assistants,

or similar platforms.

5. Knowledge of AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.

6. Worked on content strategy for a product with a focus on user experience.

7. Ideally worked on understanding a brands voice and principles and coming up

with the product’s voice.

8. Experience writing for digital media and/or interfaces for mobile and web

applications.

9. A strong process of understanding the users, their needs, business goals, and

user experience.

10.A portfolio or work samples to help us understand your experience.

11.A habit of writing clear and concise copy and conversations.
