Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner who collaborates with business leaders to align human resources strategies and initiatives with the organization's overall goals and objectives. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management to support the business in achieving its desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and challenges and develop tailored HR solutions to address their needs.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including external surveys in collaboration with survey partners and implementing the same in the organization. Ensuring it is competitive and aligned with the organization's compensation strategy.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
- Utilize SuccessFactors HRIS to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement strategic HR initiatives, such as organizational design, talent management, and change management.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with colleagues across different regions and cultures.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources, and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, as well as the performance management cycle.
- Proficient in using various modules of HRIS such as SuccessFactors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
- Experience in driving strategic HR initiatives and contributing to the overall HR strategy.
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Preferably from a tier - 1 institute.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is a plus.
