1. Estimation & Billing:
- Expertise in estimation with Standard Delhi schedule of Rates (DSR) and Detailed Analysis of Rates (DAR)
- Experience in billing of government projects.
2. Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) for creating and interpreting drawings.
- Strong understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and CPWD (Central Public Works Department) specifications.
- Knowledge of DAR (Detailed Analysis Rates).
- Handling of DPR (Detailed Project Report) and managing work schedules.
3. Calculation & Resource Management:
- Good knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and resource planning.
- Strong skills in mathematical calculations.
