Job Description:

Job Profile: Billing Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage the preparation and submission of accurate billing documents for construction or engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project costs, contract terms, and billing procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and contracts, preparing and processing invoices, tracking costs, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit billing invoices for ongoing projects
• Review contracts, work orders, and change orders to ensure correct billing
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams for smooth billing processes
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in billing or cost management in engineering or construction projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and billing software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience 3-5 years.
• Skills - Estimation, Reconciliation, BBS, Scheduling & Planning.
• Good Communication.

Timing – 9:30am to 6:30pm

Working Days – 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.
