Job Description
- Coordinate inter-departmentally to support the delivery of all procedures and concepts offered by the brand.
- Deliver exemplary service consistent with AHS standards and brand expectations.
- Investigate and resolve complex client concerns escalated by team members, involving ASM / SM as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all clients across departments.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Track regular clients and their visits to the studio.
- Coordinate with Head Office for smooth daily operations.
- Strategize with departments to achieve monthly targets.
- Promote second sales (upselling cross selling) (target centric) opportunities.
- Monitor surgery schedules and ensure studio teams meet follicle count and average rate targets.
- Collaborate closely with Trichologists (Medical Practitioners) to achieve second sales targets, manage reviews, and support department operations.
- Ensure implementation of protocols and policies across all departments.
- Update CRM daily for accurate reporting.
- Maximize client interaction and follow-ups to consistently deliver client satisfaction.
- Focus on client retention strategies.
- Introduce innovative concepts, systems, and processes to enhance the brand s reputation
