Job Description
- Handson experience in STLC/SDLC
- Experience working in Agile & productized team\u2019s structure
- Hands on experience in Power BI development
- Creating & maintain dashboards for metrics visualization
- Good Communication and collaboration skills.
- Data Analysis : Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Metrics Development : Proficiency in defining and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Governance Frameworks : Experience in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Process Improvement: Knowledge of methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean to drive continuous improvement in processes
- Reporting : Skills in creating and presenting reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Collaboration : Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure alignment with governance policies and metrics.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Leadership : Capability to mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and implement effective solutions.
- Follow up with all domains teams to ensure the process guidelines are adhered to.
- Analyze historical data to derive metrics threshold and derive Metrics formula and approach
- Provide training to\the domain teams on governance metrics, defect process, Dashboard reporting, etc.
- Follow up with domain tracks to validate the BI Dashboard report data
- Prepare Monthly governance deck.
- Domain track governance activities- work with team to understand the process gaps and suggest process improvisation recommendations.
- Conduct Audits and assessments
