Job Description
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, business leaders, and domain experts to understand business objectives and identify automation opportunities.
- Expert in test automation framework architecture and automation best practices .
- Experience in UI automation frameworks Selenium-Java and Playwright-Typescript.
- Experience in API automation frameworks Java - RestAssured
- Experience of using Java, maven, Node.js, npm for test automation and dependency management.
- Experience in CICD and Devops practices, CI tools such as Jenkins and GitHub actions.
- Experience in GIT for source code version control and branching strategies.
- Experience in automation reporting tools such as Allure, Reporting Portal.
- Ability to evaluate test automation metrics.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture/services aws/azure.
- Experience in cloud native tools such as docker as part of automation architecture.
- Experience in working with Generative AI models, POCs and outcome reviews.
- GEN AI Awareness/Implementation knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex systems and identify issues.
- Lead the innovations in automation area planning, estimation and identifying benefits
- Guide team on the enhancements/upgrade of automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with domain teams for adoption of the innovations.
- Proof Of Concept works.
- Automation solution design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for innovations.
- Implement GENAI use case POC\ & Aid in GENAI adaptation in s/w testing.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the entire automation development lifecycle.
