Job Description

As a BA/PM candidate responsible for solutioning, understanding business context, managing projects, and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently Key responsibilities:

Understand business context and suggest relevant solutioning.
Visualize use cases and transform business requirement in clear project scope.
Customer interaction and solution demo.
Prepare high level wire frames.
Prepare proposal (Estimation, tech approach, coordination).
Assignments and project planning and tracking (Knowledge of Project Management & Project Workspace).
Quality Assurance.
Project Status reporting (internal and external).
Release Management, UAT, demo.
Change management.
Act as point of contact for customer to ensure smooth communication during and post project delivery.
Responsible for project success, account management and growth.

Qualifications and skills:

3-5 years of proven experience in the field of Project Management / Business Analysis.
Proven analytical problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to streamline processes and integrate / analyze data from various sources.
Excellent customer interaction skills with experience of a highly customer facing role including managing customers when there are issues, acting with credibility and professionalism as well as giving confidence to customers on the actions being taken.
Certification of MS Project Professional would be a plus.
Open to Travel.
