Business Analyst Lead

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing coaching, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business analysis projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and project sponsors, to understand business priorities and objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Lead requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and recommend solutions that address business challenges, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging best practices, industry standards, and technology solutions to drive business value.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to business requirements through thorough testing, validation, and review processes.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the business analysis team, encouraging innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive change within the organization.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) is desirable.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
