Human Resource Manager

Position: Human Resource Manager Noida (Bulk Hiring Experience with BPO)

Role Overview:

Adroit is the fastest growing BPO and to accelerate this growth we are hiring HR Manager for our Noida H-75 location. Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources function, with a strong emphasis on bulk hiring strategies and execution. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR activities, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition, to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Bulk Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive bulk hiring strategy to meet the organization's staffing requirements, including forecasting and planning.
b) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to on boarding, ensuring timely and quality hiring for various roles.
Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate their efforts to achieve hiring targets.
Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.
Negotiate employment offers and coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and documentation.
c) Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and employee documentation.
D) Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and placement agencies for talent sourcing.
e) Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyse recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume environments in Delhi/NCR
