Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition
   
• Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all factory functions, including production, quality control, and operations.
• Drive strategic workforce planning in alignment with factory goals and expansion plans.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, training institutes, and industry partners to access a diverse talent pool.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in HR, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on talent acquisition in the garments or manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
• Deep understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and labor market trends.
• Knowledge of garment industry-specific roles and operational challenges.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software, HRMS, and data analytics.
• Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance in the manufacturing sector.
