We are looking for a Business Analyst/QA with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the quality of deliverables through testing.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/QA with 4-7 years of experience to lead testing efforts and business analysis. You will manage the requirements gathering process and oversee the testing lifecycle to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts and create detailed functional specifications.
- Design and execute complex test plans and manage end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
- Mentor junior team members in both business analysis and testing practices.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
- Expertise in creating test strategies, plans, and executing automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with both business and technical teams.
