Job Description
- Inside Sales Executive - EdTech Industry
- Location: Rohini Sec 10, D Mall, Delhi (Near Rohini West Metro)
- Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 CTC (Based on Interview) + Incentives
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales
About Us:
We are a leading EdTech company making learning accessible and engaging through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, generate leads & close deals.
- Manage B2B & B2C sales, ensuring targets are met.
- Build customer relationships & provide exceptional service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge & sales trends.
- Maintain CRM records & collaborate with the sales team.
Requirements:
- 1+ year in Inside Sales (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven & customer-focused
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales
- Knowledge of sales CRM tools (a plus)

It was one of the worst decisions of my life. They believe in a Hire and fire Policy. Legal complications, no FnF, and even the directors of this company's father and son are illiterate. Senior employees are also illiterate. Salary on the 10th of the month is against labor law. The company doesn't believe in employee or country growth; it just uses loopholes of the Indian judiciary.
Worst and greedy management, they ask you on time of joining to rate 5 star review to hide there worst image. They also give offer letters on bond Type paper to enforce it later in court. They spoil your career. irritates you so much that you leave the job by itself without giving them notice. They never give FnF, no retention call f..Read More
