Job Description
- Supporting Actions Drive and manage assessment of training and development needs for the region
- Build and drive the training and development need assessment policy, processes and templates for the region.
- Assess collated training needs to segregate them into current and future needs.
- Create Zonal strategy and action plan for training and development of the talent within the region.
- Assess and build the budget and resource requirement list to facilitate training and development action plan execution.
- Drive awareness and interest in sales training across the region.

3-17 Years
