Responsibilities:
- Review client job descriptions thoroughly to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards (Naukri preferred), LinkedIn, professional networking sites, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Qualify candidates based on client requirements and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide candidates with information about the company and the role.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Participate in proactive recruitment initiatives to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Ensure all submitted resumes meet quality parameters and client expectations.
- Meet all recruitment targets and deadlines within agreed-upon timelines.
- Maintain open and effective communication with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Effectively communicate candidate information and interview feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing both IT and non-IT candidates.
- Strong experience in passive sourcing and utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and clients.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and assess technical skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Naukri is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
