Job Description: Recruitment Lead/Manager.
Location: Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm).
Department: Human Resources.
Position Type: Full-time.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruitment Lead / Manager to help us attract top talent for various roles within our organization.
Role Overview:
- As a Recruitment Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process for Ode Spa Hyd.
- Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring that the recruitment process is seamless, efficient, and effective.
- You will play a critical role in building a diverse and talented team to deliver exceptional spa services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the spa, including therapists, front desk staff, customer service, and administrative positions.
Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find potential candidates.
Screening & Selection:
- Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Ode Spa Hyd.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice by promoting Ode Spa Hyd's culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
Collaboration with Department Heads:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role and ensure alignment on the job description, candidate profile, and selection process.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint through the hiring process, providing feedback and updates in a timely manner.
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation, and training.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and diversity of applicants to ensure recruitment goals are met.
Compliance:
- Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion guidelines.
Training and Development:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and provide guidance and training to junior HR team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for service industry roles (preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors).
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- A passion for wellness and spa services is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
- Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior recruitment staff.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment.
- Previous experience working in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment.
