- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the chlor alkali operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities, including production planning, process control, and maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and environmental standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives and ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions
- Manage budgetary and resource allocation processes to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and compliance within the operations
- Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for the chlor alkali business unit
