Substation Maintenance Manager

Purpose:

Ensure all the Testing and Protection activity of Substation include O&M

Responsibilities

1. For maintenance of 400kv and above EHV/GIS substation specially for testing and protection.
2. Having sound knowledge on Scheme checking and troubleshooting.
3. Manpower Should be hand on work experienced in Testing of switch yard equipments, control protection scheme, philosophy & scheme drawing, SCADA operation, DR files download & analysis, Leadership and maintenance of substation equipments, EHV GIS/AIS substation up to 765 KV.
4. Sound knowledge on Relay setting configuration changes and testing.

1. Diagnosis of all problem and implementation of CAPA
2. Coordination with OEM to identify the root cause and take corrective and preventive action
3. Support to site team for all control and protection issue and maintenance issues
4. Periodic testing control & protection
5. Having sound knowledge on SAP system for PM activities
6. Operation & Maintenance of EHV equipment’s
7. Troubleshooting of problem with DR analysis and RCA preparation/CAPA
8. Handle emergencies, Breakdown including the shutdown of EHVAC systems.
9. Conduct maintenance of equipment as per the engineer's instructions.
10. Possess knowledge of working in GIS/AIS substations and condition-based monitoring of GIS/AIS equipment.
11. Ensure compliance with all substation operation and maintenance-related work.
12. Document applicable records and formats accurately.
13. Monitor the condition of substation equipment and perform daily inspections.

15. Follow the best safety practices during work and adhere to the company's safety policy
