Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 22-30 years of experience in the petrochemical industry,
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability and integrity of all assets within the petrochemical facility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Drive the adoption of best practices in maintenance management, including predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
- Optimize the use of technology and data analytics to enhance maintenance processes and asset performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with production schedules and business objectives
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and contractor relationships to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimizations to enhance overall facility performance
- Contribute to the development of long-term asset management plans and capital investment strategies
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of maintenance personnel, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce
