1 to 5 years of experience in the domain of Power Distribution Sector
Principal Accountabilities:-
- Plan and schedule the untied/tied generation capacity as per business guidance.
- Monitor real time market and able to analyze trends for better decision making by business.
- Keeping track of upcoming opportunities and threats.
- Strategize short term power sale thru open access for revenue growth.
- Liaisoning with Regulatory Bodies, Power Sector Utilities (govt. & private) and Consultants/traders.
- Analysis of transmission, distribution Tariff along with Open Access regulations across India and landed cost calculations based on applicable charges & losses with prevailing regulations
- Support BD team in putting up business case to - Industrial/ commercial clusters, industry associations for supply of reliable and competitive power.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for bid preparation and submission in coordination with other teams.
- Power Supply through Open Access Trading of RE Power - Physical as well as Virtual.
- Carry out Competitor Analysis, new project risk-return analysis.
- Schedule and re-schedule the power supply thru open access as per business need.
- Prepare and update MIS on market information, quantum sold, revenue, status of internal assignments, DSM calculations, etc.
- Take care of day-to-day activities related to MUs sold and be accountable and support in process driven decision making.
- Attending client/trader meetings, ensure timely bid submission and coordinate with the trader/procurer till the conclusion of the process.
- Track various Discom and concerned websites for tenders/implementation of schedules.
- Coordination with internal teams including corporate affairs team.
- Ensure accurate real time data entry in software during power sale through open access.
