Executive Assistant To Business Head

Role & responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Head, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project management activities, including tracking deadlines, preparing project documentation, and liaising with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a liaison between the Business Head and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
• Handle and prioritize multiple tasks independently, proactively following through on projects to successful completion.
• Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling incoming communications, and organizing office events.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
