Job Description
Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
Membership in the Bar Council of India
Legal Due diligence of wind power projects and Land & Legal related documents and guide other departments, examine public and private records, legal instruments pertaining to property titles, including registered Deeds and documents, revenue records.
Drafting of Deeds and Documents, Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding and other agreements,
Vetting of Documents and Legal Due Diligence.
Scrutiny and audit of documents for various approvals/ permissions, revenue documents, for legal compliances required for Realty projects
Coordinate and resolve the legal issues pertaining to land acquisition/conversion, Row and extend necessary legal support to other departments
Keep the Management informed by circulating MIS of Litigations, Notices and legal compliances.
Handle Land Allotment of Revenue, Government, Forest and Private land.
Liaison with Land Revenue department for getting land survey records.
Deal with issues related to conversion of agricultural land, title search mutation, stamp duty and registration documents.
Liaison with officials in the Revenue Dept. (Mamlatdar) and gram panchayat for getting NOC for transfer of land in company s name.
Liaisoning with various government bodies like the Collectorate, Municipal Corporation, MoEF, police station etc for various other clearances.
Drafting letters & govt. correspondence.
Record keeping and maintaining legal and land related documents.
Co-ordinate and brief the company lawyer related to land matters and assist him/her in court related matters.
