Power Conversion System

Purpose/Objective

The person will play a crucial role in leading and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of battery energy storage systems. The role requires 6-8years of experience in the battery industry and offers the opportunity to contribute to Adani's commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of battery energy storage systems, focusing on power conversion systems (PCS) and electrical components - Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful execution of projects within defined timelines and budget constraints - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCS and electrical systems with overall energy storage solutions - Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PCS and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability - Identify and evaluate new technologies, components, and suppliers to enhance the efficiency and functionality of PCS and electrical systems - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols in all PCS and electrical system activities - Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers on PCS and electrical system-related matters - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and best practices for PCS and electrical system development and deployment - Utilize Autocad Electrical to prepare schematics and single line diagrams of electrical systems. Prepare performance requirements for equipment and systems

Technical Competencies

Expertise in power conversion systems (PCS) design,knowledge of battery energy storage systems ,Proficiency in electrical system integration, testing, ,Experience with power system simulation software

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
