Cell Material Team-Team Lead

Purpose/Objective

The Engineer/ Senior Engineer, Cell Technology will play a crucial role in the Battery Energy Storage Systems: Technology, Design, and R&D industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within the dynamic and innovative environment at Adani. The successful candidate will lead and support various aspects of cell technology development, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of advanced cell technologies for energy storage systems - Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new materials and technologies that can enhance battery performance and reliability - Part of the cell design (chemical and mechanical design) team, providing technical expertise - Carry out cell sizing based on material composition and characteristics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cell technologies into overall energy storage system designs - Provide technical expertise for the testing, validation, and performance evaluation of cell technologies - Drive continuous improvement in cell technology processes and manufacturing techniques - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making - Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of battery cell chemistry ,Knowledge of cell component materials ,Experience in battery performance testing,Familiarity with CAD software

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
