Education Qualification

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.

Masters degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.

Experience:

3-10 years of experience in the Power industry.

Demonstrated track record of successful project management and engineering execution.

Experience in implementing and optimizing power generation systems and equipment.

Manage and oversee engineering projects related to power generation, transmission, and distribution.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that drive operational efficiency and reliability.

Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for power projects, including site assessments and equipment selection.

Provide technical expertise and support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of power generation systems and equipment.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of power infrastructure.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for project updates and stakeholder communication.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.
