Engineering Associate

As an Engineering Associate at Sansera Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and gain valuable experience in various aspects of engineering. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the design and development of new products, conducting research and analysis, and collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the design and development of new products and components.
2. Perform research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
3. Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the production process.
6. Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and performance of products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in an engineering role is preferred but not required.
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
6. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus.
