- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the copper industry
- Manage the production, maintenance, and reliability functions within the copper industry
- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and process inefficiencies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment condition and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and problem-solving related to production and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization
