Taking precautions, issuing permits and safely carrying out work at height, confined space and high risk areas and attending safety meetings and maintaining housekeeping

Implementation of CAPA and Review of JSA

Provide vision and leadership in collaboration with the Station Manager and management team to station personnel to help achieve the goals and objectives of the business unit.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to the turbine & auxiliary s maintenance team to facilitate maintenance in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner for Tirora station.

Initiate and manage innovative plant maintenance standards required to remain competitive. Provide input to long term maintenance plans based on predictive & preventive maintenance principles. Cross-train the maintenance employees to handle diverse functions.

Develop a team-based working environment and cultivate a corporate culture dedicated to continuous improvement.

Establish, Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, to satisfy internal and external customers of the station.

Provide budget inputs and control cost to maintain yearly budgets
